MyBroadband’s corporate IT brand survey revealed that Dimension Data, BCX, Datacentrix and Adapt IT are the preferred IT service providers among South African business decision-makers.
The survey asked South African business IT decision-makers about their preferences regarding business IT solutions.
The survey was completed by 1,518 respondents, the majority of whom were executives and managers deciding on which IT products their companies buy.
The results were filtered to only include respondents who decide which ICT products and services their company uses.
Outsourcing IT services as a big company allows you to focus on what you know, without worrying about things like cybersecurity, networking, or managing computer hardware in your company.
Choosing the right company to provide these services can be critical in ensuring your business performs its best and issues are dealt with quickly.
Top IT service companies in South Africa
As a part of the survey, respondents were asked which company they prefer to use when they require IT services for their business.
Dimension Data is the clear winner with 42% of the votes.
The runners-up are all in a close range with BCX at 15%, Datacentrix at 14% and Adapt IT at 13%.
